Rental Policies

CHECK-IN:

Check-in is at the condo after 3:00 p.m. The keys are in a lockbox outside the door. Please use these keys to open the condo door then relock them in the box. Extra keys for everyday use will be in the condo. The code to the lockbox and the gate code to the complex will be supplied at the time of receipt of full payment.

Because we have high standards for cleanliness, occasionally the unit may not be ready by 3 p.m.,especially during peak season. Your patience will be appreciated in these instances. We will make every effort to have the unit ready on time.

CHECK-OUT TIME:

10:00 AM so that housekeeping may prepare for the next guest arrival at 3PM.

NO SMOKING:

A deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by check, money order, or money transfer / credit card via Paypal.

The reservation deposit is refundable less a $100 fee for any cancellation if received at least 45 days before arrival. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made after this time. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather.

The amount of $500 is due at the time of full payment as a security deposit. This payment will be promptly refunded, provided there is no damage or theft to the unit or property, and there are no outstanding expenses related to excessive cleaning needed, long distance telephone charges, etc. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. ("Oops I dropped and broke a glass.")

Lost key charge $50. Missing towels $20 each.

Refund of your deposit will be processed within 7 business days after the rental period. All deposits will be returned via US Mail with a check drawn against our bank.

The unit may be occupied by no more than 8 persons (adults, children and infants). NO PETS. Occupancy is defined as any overnight stay. In the event occupancy is exceeded, guest agrees to let the owner remove them from the unit and retain all monies whether earned or unearned. Student groups are not permitted. Students unaccompanied by a parent will not be permitted to register. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies prepaid and the party will not be permitted to occupy the unit.

The condos is cleaned prior to arrival and at departure. The cleaning fee is $125 (inc. tax)
Additional maid service for extended stays can be arranged. Just let us know. There is a coin laundry on the premises for your use.

The unit is fully equipped for your enjoyment with a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies.

BEACH TOWELS AND BEACH EQUIPMENT:

Bring your own beach towels! Our towels and sheets may not be taken to the beach. We do keep a large box of pool and beach toys that have been left by previous guests. These are yours to use. Please check this box before purchasing any floats, buckets, shovels etc.

Convenience Services such as grocery shopping, extra linen or towel exchange, and housekeeping chores can be arranged for an additional charge.
