5% for 2 weeks

10% for 3 weeks

$125 Cleaning Fee

High season rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Daily rentals available in low season. (3 night minimum)
Seasonal Rentals available. Just call or email for rates. The longer you stay, the less you pay!

A deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments may be made by check, money order or bank check.
You can also pay by money transfer or credit card through PayPal.

CANCELLATION:
The reservation deposit is refundable (less a $100 fee) for any cancellation if received at least 45 days before arrival. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made after this time.
No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather.
